Thank you for your support for new Hep C treatment drugs!

Hello,

Thank you to everyone who made a submission to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC), or responded to our survey, about funding for the two new treatment drugs Boceprevir and Telaprevir. This was greatly appreciated.

We received a combined 24 responses and made these two submissions yesterday based on that feedback and previous work:

We'll keep you updated on whether funding for these two drugs is approved. So, fingers crossed!

Thank you for supporting us to represent Queenslanders affected by viral hepatitis.

Yours sincerely,
Clint Ferndale
CEO
